Spiced Pun-King Latte

It’s pumpkin spice season and albeit a little latte, we have jumped on the band wagon. Why the fork not eh? Head to our new King William Street farm for a sip of this seasons special, if not for your taste buds, but then #forthegram. If this all sounds too tiring, you could just make your first cup at home – here’s the recipe.

INGREDIENTS 

2 tsp. Pumpkin Puree
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Nutmeg
250ml Oat Milk (or any milk of your choice)
Pumpkin Spice Syrup (to taste)

METHOD

  1. Place the pumpkin puree into a large glass and add a pinch of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well.
  2. Add syrup – to taste (depending on your sweet tooth).
  3. Heat the milk (of your choice) in a saucepan until steaming and frothed.
  4. Pour the milk into the glass and top with froth.
  5. Stir to combine and dust with more cinnamon before drinking.
