FREEKEH & SPINACH

INGREDIENTS
200g Cracked Freekeh
1.5 (360g) Cups Water
3 tbsp. Cauliflower Sauce
2 Handful Spinach
ó tsp. Salt

METHOD

1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the Freekeh, water and salt. Bring to a boil and then reduce to low heat, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes. The freekeh should have softened, but still have bite.

2. After 20 minutes, remove the lid and pan from the heat, add the spinach and cauliflower sauce, mix well and serve.
