LOYALTY REWARDS

No, the card only works in-store, but at the moment we are working on our delivery partners to get you the most out of your Loyalty card.

Every time you use your loyalty card for a purchase you collect points. For the corporate loyalty card, you get 1.5 point for every pound spent and for Maverick card holders you get 3 points per pound spent.

You will have to earn 150 points every time before you can redeem your cashback (£7.50 at 150 points). You can redeem these points in-store, just ask one of our farmers to check if you have acquired enough points to redeem.

No. You can use either Magic stamp or Corporate loyalty but not in conjunction for any transaction.

When you first sign up for a Corporate loyalty card, it is pre-loaded with 50 points and for a Maverick card holder it is pre-loaded with 150 points.

Email us loyalty@farmerj.com and let us know that you have lost your card and we will issue you a new one! Once it is ready we let you know when and which branch you can pick it up from.

Email us loyalty@farmerj.com and let them know that you believe your loyalty card has been stolen. Leave your first name, last name and email address and we will immediately block your account and issue you another one. We’ll let you know once it is ready to be picked up from your closest branch.

Come into any of our Farmer J branches and pick one up at the counter. Once you’ve picked up your card you need to register it online (there is a 24 hour activation window after you register) and you are set!

No need to panic, you can go into any branch and pick up your card!

You can either send us an email and we can check your account (loyalty@farmerj.com) or you are able to check your points in any of our stores with your card and we can tell you on the spot. We recommend that you keep your card with the rest of your important cards and once you notice that you have lost or possibly someone has stolen your card to let us know immediately so we can block and reissue a new card.

Send us an email to loyalty@farmerj.com and we can rectify this for you. This could be because your birthday has not been added to the system.

Come into any of our stores and pick up a card. Easy right? Just remember to register your card and allow 24 hours, once you register, for your card to activate.

There are 2 ways to become a Maverick.

  1. Big Spender – Spend £2500 in a single calendar year. You need to start with a Corporate Loyalty Card and we will track your spend in a year, when you reach £2500 we will then update your account to Maverick level. Please note, these need to be individual transactions (max 2ppl), group spends will not be considered valid (please note – if you don’t have a Corporate Loyalty, you can keep your receipts that may amount to £2500. But it is then at The Farmer’s Wife’s discretion as to whether these are valid / have been spent by you individually – she we will then consider making you a Maverick!)
  2. In the Know – Have an ‘in’ with  The Farmer’s Wife.

You will need to have 3,750 points to move up to the Maverick Card – this amounts to £2500.

Once you send us your interest of joining the herd you just need to go into one of our stores and pick up your card. For the Maverick loyalty card, it could take up to 2 weeks for the delivery to arrive to your desired address.

You can only use your Loyalty Cards to earn points for a maximum of you +1 – i.e. the you can not earn points on group transactions. Please email us should you have a query about this loyalty@farmerj.com

Yes you do, before you can earn points you need to register your card and the only way you can register your card is if you have pick it up from any of our Farmer J branches.

Yes you can, but if you use your card and redeem your points to pay for an item then you will not collect any points.

You will need 150 points to redeem in store so you can indulge in a free fieldtray (or use them for something else).

You can check in-store very easily, just ask one of our helpful farmers to check for you.

No, but if you are in-store and realise you have forgotten your card let the attendant farmer know and we can look for your account on the till with your name & email address and add the points right then and there.

As long as you remain a loyalty card holder you will have your points indefinitely. You can save and use them as you like.

It is immediate in-store and there is no waiting time.

Yes. Your Maverick loyalty card lasts 1 year from the day of registration, if you do not keep to the minimum spend of £2500 a year your card will revert to a Corporate loyalty card. At the end of each year we will review your account and inform you if you have not met these requirements.

Yes, but we will always send you an email before expiry to give you the option to renew your card.

It depends which loyalty card you have. Go to our loyalty card pages and select on the appropriate card to view their benefits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Farmer J Corporate Loyalty Card, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. By participating in our Corporate Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. These terms and conditions, together with our website T&Cs apply to the Farmer J Loyalty Programme. You can only use the Loyalty Card at our UK Branches. By applying or using the Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, therefore you must read this carefully.
  2. You have to be within a 1-mile radius of any of our Farmer J Branches and over the age of 18 to be eligible for our Corporate Loyalty card. All Cards have to be registered with a valid email address, after which we will consider and/or approve your application. Change of work email address must be notified to us so we can update your email on your account. Any change of work location must be within the 1-mile radius. We are entitled to terminate such accounts if it is no longer eligible.
  3. It is at Farmer J’s absolute discretion in who they decide will reach the Maverick Card level. Farmer J must be assured that £2500 was spent individually (i.e. no group transactions are applicable – group defined as 3+) on your own Corporate Loyalty Card in 1 calendar year before they then have the discretion to decide who reached Maverick level.
  4. You have to spend £100 (150 points) before you are able to unlock cashback at £7.50. From then on, you have to spend £100 so you can unlock £7.50.
  5. You can apply for the Loyalty Card in any of our stores in the UK or online. Your Loyalty card is issued by, and remains property of Farmer J. The Loyalty Card has to be returned or notify Farmer J when no longer in use, so we can terminate the account. Once account is cancelled all points are non-redeemable.
  6. You cannot load the Loyalty Card with money, it is NOT a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card. The Loyalty Card is promotional only. The points are not transferable between other Loyalty Card holders. The Loyalty Card is for personal use and points can only be earned and redeemed in store in the exchange for Farmer J goods. You cannot redeem points for cash. Points can only be redeemed on transactions for you +1 – group transactions are not applicable.
  7. We reserve the right to amend, change or suspend any Loyalty Card user at any time. Within our own discretion, if we believe the user has violated the aforementioned Terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Loyalty Card user or to our staff.
  8. You will only receive points when using personal expense methods. If the Loyalty Card user redeems their points to pay for an item at Farmer J, those points will be deducted and not have any additional points added from that particular purchase.
  9. Only one Loyalty card may be used per transaction.
  10. You can only collect points if amount is at £1 (GBP) or more.
  11. Points cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  12. The number of points earned from a purchase or required to qualify for a particular purchase may vary from time to time, at our sole discretion.
  13. Once you reach the Maverick loyalty card, you have to continue spending £2500 each year so you can access the Maverick benefits. If not, your Maverick loyalty card will revert to the Corporate card level at the end of the year.
  14. There can be changes to the benefits of the loyalty cards, this will be at our sole discretion.
  15. We may terminate any Loyalty Card Holder’s account should the account be inactive for a period of 18 months or more. Any points that were accredited to Loyalty Card account will be lost if the Loyalty Card Holder’s account is terminated or the Loyalty Card Scheme is closed. A Loyalty Card Holder can terminate his or her account at any time by notifying us by email to loyalty@farmerj.com
  16. You cannot combine points or accounts to redeem a reward. All points are personal to the Loyalty Card user.
  17. Farmer J is not responsible of any lost or stolen Loyalty Cards, which must be kept secure by the Loyalty Card Holder. Users who lose their card can lose all of the points accumulated on their card unless they contact Farmer J. Points can be transferred onto a new card at Farmer J’s sole discretion.
