Kitchen Manager - Farmer J - City
Farmer J an exciting, quick service restaurant in the City, specialising in fresh flavoursome food is looking for an individual with passion for food and with some team management experience.
As a Kitchen Manager you will be required to manage the day to day running of the restaurant in particular the production area in the most efficient manner, delivering the highest possible standards of food through the development and management of your team. You will need to be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability while following Farmer J’s standards and guidelines.
Seek and maximise revenue opportunities and minimise costs at all times.
Consistently exceed customer expectations in terms of food quality and presentation.
Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering excellent quality.
Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all team members.
Protect the health, safety and well being of our customers and team.
Maintain Food Safety policies and procedures.
Always look to improve processes through efficient operation planning.

Have experience in food preparation and team supervision (ideally Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Manager in QSR or branded environment)
